Artist statement
My art is a dialogue across centuries: a language of flowers where every petal carries meaning
beyond aesthetics. I perceive blossoms as living vessels of energy and symbolism — their form,
color, and even imagined fragrance become a lexicon I reconstruct, much like restoring frescoes.
As in conservation, where each layer of pigment reveals history, my paintings merge nature’s
poetry with the therapeutic wisdom of Bach flowers and Johannes Itten’s color theories. This fusion
creates canvases that conceal strata of meaning — akin to frescoes unveiling their truth only
through patient contemplation
